ReefLink not connecting to Radions

I wanted to make some adjustments to my Vortech pumps today, so I powered up my reeflink, and connected to EcoSmart Live. The Reeflink did a successful firmware update. After doing this I lost wireless connectivity to one of my Radion G3 Pros. I successfully connected my ReefLink to the missing Radion via USB and successfully went through the process to add a new device, but it never shows up on my device list. I connected to both of my Radions directly from my PC via USB using the EcoSmart Config utility, did a factory reset, and updated firmware on both Radions. Now I can't see either Radions in EcoSmart Live. I can still connect to my Vortech pumps without any problems from EcoSmart Live.

Does anyone know what I should do to fix this?

The G3 Radions are not compatible with the Legacy Config Utility. Additionally, since you have a ReefLink you will want to stick with it for all programming. That said, please call in if you haven't already to sort out the issues you're having.
