Reeflink unable to connect to ESL during setup, but LEDs are blue

Hi guys,

I'm having a lot of trouble running the setup for my Reeflink.

The following scenarios happen:

- Setup fails to find the Reeflink after I connect it to my home router (via Ethernet or Wifi). All six LEDs are blue and no ports on my router appear to be blocked.

- Setup finds it if I connect it to my phone via its Hotspot mode.

Has anyone here encountered the same issue? :hmm4:

Please connect your ReefLink to your home network again and let us know when complete (even if it doesn't reconnect on the final step). We will then take a look to see if it is getting connected or if there is a problem.

Hi,

My Reeflink is connected to my home network at the moment.

Reeflink ID: 50034313923220

I have the same, it is easier to connect via my mobile. Through my home network it works from time to time and I have the same issue, all leds blue but no connection.

Is there information on how ESL communicates to reeflink inside the home network? it has to be through one of the ports opened by default like http (hopefully no network admin listen to us :) ) I tried to completely open the firewall to the ip of reeflink but still the same, all leds blue and no connection to ESL, but I have to say that with the same set-up it has worked sometimes. It looks better at some time frames, may be network congestion or interferences.

This morning it was possible to connect to ESL using my home network. This did not work yesterday afternoon at all.

But now I have another problem, my Radions pro V2 sometimes after several hours working fine the led start blinking and the light goes full on or slowly off, they do not follow the schedule. I need to remove them from the power and they work fine again for some time. They are not over heated. It happens since I am using reeflink and in both units.

And in addition I cannot remove reeflink and try to program them via USB as they were before. Using this method the devices screen is empty.

Any solution for this? I will be away from home for some days and I will have to try to install my old HQI lamp.
