Reeflo Orca 200 ?

Hi Jeremy and Company,

I have a question about the installation of this skimmer. I currently have a basement sump, pictured below, and I want to upgrade my skimmer. The Orca 200 is certainly a possibility, but I would like to know if I can replace the riser discharge pipe with a ball or gate valve and then have the skimmer discharge down into my sump which will be located directly below the skimmer.

Maybe the picture will help, because I don't think I am doing a good job of describing what I want....

In the above picture, you can see the discharge of my current skimmer drops straight down into the sump, can I duplicate this with an Orca?

Hi Mike,

I don't know about the gate valve Mod on it, but using the riser, you can easily run out and then down, just like your setup you have now. So from the looks of your sump, it should be a pretty easy install for you.

Thanks Jason, I knew the install would be easy, I was hoping to eliminate the riser for a cleaner install. Is there a contact # for Reeflo?
