Reeflow Dart Gold??

Just ran water to test my new system and I am not getting the flow I thought I would. I have Reeflow Dart Gold that I got unused second hand. The pump has a sticker that says ORCAGOLD 0804. Could this be an impeller for the skimmer? I am getting 600GPH with 8 feet head (total). Thought it would be over 1,5000.
I can call Monday, but if anyone here has some info I would appreciate it.
Thanks, Ken

How are you calculating the flow you're getting? What size plumbing are you using? I'm not sure what the dart gold would push with a needlewheel on a closed system (no air input). It's certainly not a bad idea to ensure it has the right impeller on it (if it's a needlewheel, it'll be obvious).

Based on the chart, you should be seeing ~2000-2400GPH.

can you take a pic of the impeller? none of my darts say orca on it. If you buy a new impeller, buy the super dart gold impeller it will give you evenmore flow than the standard dart gold impeller.

I talked to reeflo today and it is a needle wheel impeller. I can get a new impeller and be good to go. The Super Dart impeller will give me more GPH, but at the cost of more power. Looks like about 140W at 1800 GPH Vs 160W at 1800 GPS for Super Gold impeller.
Anyone need an unused impeller for an Orca protein skimmer?
