He has a fairly new store located in Garner, NC. Just outside of Raleigh, NC.

I haven't used the bulbs he has but I know he mentioned he would do some sort of bulk discount.

Make sure you talk the price down.....I bought a couple corals from him and was not very impressed with his price.

Hard goods are a different story I guess...
