Reefpack 500 first gen

Roger,

I just bought a Reefpack 500 off another RC member. Its a first generation with a 3130/2 tunze skimmer. Is there a way I can convert it to the DOC skimmer or do you think this skimmer will be sufficient filtration for a 55 gallon FOWLR setup. Also where can I buy additional filter pads for the Comline filter unit I did not see them online at Premium Aquatics.

The filter pads are 800.010, Premium has them. In all honesty I think the 3130/2 is probably stronger than the 9005 and it isn't possible to upgrade to the DOC skimmer. The main advantage to the 9005 is the short cup allows it to clear a canopy.
