Reefs Edge has a new shipment

I was their yesterday and was aggravated that I missed that lokani or what ever it is. Who actually bought it? You Jeff? I did manage to get 4 other pieces out ot their that are just awesome. I'll post up pics when I get them. They had some of the nicest pieces I've seen in a long time. I will definatlly be going back more often. Thanks Reef Edge

I haven't seen the shipment yet, but I would say that they always have the best selection of SPS of any of the other LFSs. They are def my favorite LFS

I haven't been anywhere else but I have to say I agree with you. As long as they do it like that I don't have to look anywhere else. defiantly top notch

Could anyone explain the lokani bit to me?

Does this help?

It's just a nice coral. IMO, probably the most interesting piece that came in.

weird coincidence!

weird coincidence!

I was just checking out on the web yellow pages some aquarium stores to possibly check out in Ft. Lauderdale as I am flying out there on Friday. Reefsedge was one of them, but the website is still under construction....and then viola! You posted this great note.

If we have time, we will try to check it out....but sadly, we cannot buy any livestock. Live in Canada....cites, and all that.

I also called one of these montis. Reminds me of a superman, but from a distance is a deep purple.

Ok, we think this one is definitely a Superman. It looks crazy bright blue (not purple) in our tank and was a steal for its size compared to what we have paid for a tiny little frag in the past. The polyps just need to get a little bit more red, they look more of an orange right now. If they don't color up red, I am going to call it the Tim Tebow - it would be like a Superman, but better, because it would be Blue and Orange. GO GATORS!!! :D

Passed by there tonight. Mind-boggling selection of beautiful corals, hard and soft. Katie was as charming and helpful as ever. I picked out 3 nice size acro pieces, pics to follow. There is an incredible amount of gorgeous corals left, so check it out.
