Thanks Rob. Tank shipped today. We are finishing the plumbing for the sink this weekend. Long process but it will be worth it!

i just read the installation instructions on that panasonic unit you installed. It requires insulated ducting similar to an HRV. I'm debating on whether to buy that unit or just an exhaust fan that is all plastic or sealed at least so salt/moisture will not kill it. I currently have a Trane 1.4 AC and Lifebreath HRV on the house already but want to protect my investment ... like you have done :D

That tank looks awesome. Even the sump looks really good. I really like how the overflow is adjustable, i have never seen that before,

you mentioned you bought the tank from AGE? where are they located?

Thanks. The sump was also built by AGE. It is a beast. .5 inch acrlyic. Water comes into a first chamber and rises up into the second chamber where the filter socks are at. I did the design this way to reduce bubbles. The sump dimensions are 4x2x2.

Hop to finish the electrical this weekend, drywall next week, and hopefully get the tank in the basement next weekend.

Movers coming tomorrow to move 575 lb tank from garage to basement. Construction crew has been over as I am redoing office as well. New bamboo floors. Bottom of stand has been built on frame of tank. Drywall in fish tank room.
