People are tired of beating their heads on a wall trying to help you. Sorry, but it's true and very frustrating. We have asked and asked ans asked and asked and asked for information to give you feedback to help. People have made some very good suggestions that have been ignored or just overlooked. I understand that you are at your parent's mercy so far as going to the store but I don't believe it should take this long, maybe we are wrong.

You have been asked numerous times to post pictures of equipment, tanks, etc and a lot of them have yet to be made. When you got a new fish and wanted to share, BOOM pictures right now.

Sorry for the long rant, and I do think you are trying to do your best. But many people are very frustrated with the situation now.

Kar i will probably not use a qt. I will just do very long accumulations for the delicate fish. I wanted to keep it but my parents just wont let me.

ARGHHHH! This is exactly why I think you read responses, say "Ok", and then completely ignore what people say. A long acclimation is NOT the same as a QT. A QT is used to be sure there is no disease on the fish, and if there is..to treat it without infecting the main tank. A long acclimation is actually very stressful for fish. Plus, acclimation will not prevent disease from entering the main tank.

I would not be surprised if you already introduced Ich into your 90 gallon. Those clowns and foxface used to be in the 37 with the Tang, they almost definitely have Ich. Ich never just goes away, you need to isolate the fish that have it, treat it properly (usually with a copper-based medication, which is why you never do it in the main tank), and then wait several weeks to be sure it's gone.

I know you probably hate me now since I seem like such a naysayer, but if you don't start actually following the advice that the smart folks are giving you (Melev, Rumlad, etc) they're going to stop helping you.

I'm going to continue following for now (I guess I enjoy pain), but unless things start changing quickly, I'm going to have to file this under "useless thread".

RT6 Im still waiting on where in pa you are so I could come over and help you out a little. H*** if I have to Ill take you to the store!!! I even have a QT tank and wil hold your tang and get him well for ya!! Why does this seem like an intentional fight?

It seems like common sense as to what the latest posts are advising, especially when going back in someone's posts they are advising the fo 12/19/2007 07:37 PM

Flame Angel with a Coral Beauty?
I wanted to add a Flame Angel and a Coral Beauty to my tank, but just read on saltwaterfish.com that you can only have one species of angel at a time in a single tank, and that these two would be incompatible. Is that true?

Anyone have any success with these 2 fish together?

I also have 2 clowns, 2 chromis, and a mandarin goby

Hobby Experience: Started my first 55 gallon tank in March 07!
