thats probably why things seem a little bit higher at the LFS they are the ones that take the hit for DOA ,shortages and sub par specimens having to sell smaller than normal animals at a higher price than what you think it should cost . its part of paying a price for a healthy living animal that you yourself can pick and choose from with a 95% chance that it will stay alive in your tank.
