I may be wrong about this, but in past group orders ReefTopia has included instructions that say that if all of the animals are not their respective owners tanks by early afternoon, then they won't honor their 5 day guarantee.
You could contact them if you want to. It may have changed. I know this is why we have always done our group order pickups in the morning.
It may not be a big deal, though.

I wished you said we couldn't pickup til after 4:30 before you placed the order.
Everytime I have been in on a reeftopia order, we always meet up in the morning to get our stuff.
There's no way I can meet up that late Thursday. I'm goin' to Memphis with my brother and we are leavin' around noon Thursday. Won't be back til late Friday night.
Since the order isn't due in til Thursday, they shouldn't ship out til tomorrow. Please contact reeftopia to remove my dozen snails and lettuce nudi. Unless someone else wants these items.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I am new to this whole group buy thing, and I dont know how we would arrange a pickup in the morning since most people are at work during the week. Anyway with that being said, another thing has been brought to my attention; (another rookie mistake) I was unaware that they have a spreadsheet to use for group buys so that they can bag everyone's order individually. WIth that being said, as it stands now, they will be shipping every species together and we would have to individually re-bag everything. I know this sounds like a nightmare, and I apologize for the inconvenience, however I have emailed them, and we might have to postpone the order til next week so that I can get the spreadsheet done so that it ships out individually bagged. I can also try and work out something to be home part of the morning so that people can get their stuff in the morning when it arrives.
Sorry again for the trouble, I will keep you posted on the status.

Jon if you can not cnx the order and Steve can not get his order then I will take them it is no big deal on the time to pick up and rebaging them as there is not as many people on the order and I don't care about exact counts on the BL I think they throw a few extra in on the orders.

Ok, here is the deal; I called them and they cancelled the order. They said that it would be easier to postpone the order til next week so that they could bag everything individually. I again appologize for the hold up. I was thinking about getting them delivered either wed or thurs of next week. Any of those days work better for anyone? Sorry for the delay and if anyone wants to cancel their order, just let me know. On the bright side wayne, they might have the rics and zoos you wanted by then.
