How long does everyone run lights 24/7, reverse cycle, etc?

I run mine reverse cycle. About 12 hours a night. Chaeto grew more when I left them on 24/7, but I moved a pajama cardinal to the fuge because his tank mates were beating the crap out of him, lol. For his sake, I only leave them on reverse cycle now.
