refugim or not??????

I am doing a 90 gallon in wall tank. I am wondering if i should do a refugim or not. What are the major assets and drawbacks to a refugim

Definatle do the refugium,it adds lots of pods and increases the volume of water in your system which makes it easier to stabelize the parameters.

Greater surface agitation (gas exchange) with a Fuge.. Id go with one.
