Refugium Baffle Dimensions?

I have a 20g glass sump. I've measured everything out and have all the materials/tools, but wanted to verify my measurements before I cut. I was going to put the upper baffles 1" off the bottom of the tank, and 1/2" apart. I have two ViaAgua returns (3300/2600 I think). Think those baffle dimensions will work? Thanks!

what are the demisions of the baffles? How many? What order? what size main tank?
