Refugium Inhabitants

What type of livestock do I want to put into my refugium? Do I need any CUC, I have heard that hermit crabs will eat pods.

Next question: How do you get the pods? Do you have to add them for them to multiply or where do they come from?

I keep a few snails,my favorite is cerith.But it's a good idea to add a couple different types depending on the size of the fug.
I also got some mini-brittle stars from a fellow reefer to add to the fug.
You can generally get pods simply by getting some good quality LR to add to the tank.Rock from a fellow reefer that has a pest free tank works well also.

you can also get pods and other creatures from macro algae such as chaeto

+1 to all and you can also buy pods on the net. I guess the possibilities are endless to where to get pods.
