Refugium to buy?

Im look for a Refugium setup for a 72G tank. Im not that handy so i would like to buy one....

What do you guys think about these...

Why not make one? Plenty of plans around here for them, you could get a 10 gal glas tank and glue in dividers. You don't even need to be that handy...

Heck, I would just take a large powerfilter and convert it into a fuge. Pretty easy, simple, and cheap. I did this for my old 20 gallon tank and it worked out great.

You didn't say what kind of skimmer or return pump you have. The pump needs to fit in the left chamber - after the bubble baffles. An in-sump skimmer may be tricky. You may need to customize to fit your skimmer.

Cool, you guys convinced me to built one...how big of tank do i need for a 75G tank. Would a 20L be good??

I think a 10 gal would be enough it really depends on what you want t do with it. Go to melevs site and look at his plans and info on sumps. there is a lot that goes into it but the basic building is simple enough.

I just built one for my 55g..

20L @ LFS = $32
24x48" sheet of 1/4" acrylic at home depot = $35
Silicone sealant = $5?
Jigsaw = had one in the tool collection.

The one thing you will probably want to buy though is a HoB overflow... you can get one on ebay for about $50 or so (u-tube style) and then you will need to plumb that down to the sump.
