Regal angel vs scoly

Has anyone ever had their regal bother their scoly's?

I've had my regal angel for about 2 to 2.5 years, and he has not picked on scolymias at all, though he eats any expensive zoas and likes acanthastreas as well.

i dint have one but a good friend had one and ate 2 scolymias before they realized it was him! but its hit and miss! sucks cause they are gorgeous fish!

I had my regal in a mixed reef and it only picked at acans but didn't do much damage. After I added my Goldflake my regal started to go after all fleshy LPS. Now I have an SPS dominated reef. It's hit and miss but my regal was completely fine with scolys and a cynaria until my Goldflake taught him that they were tasty.

Im glad I ran into this thread cause I was thinking of adding a regal to my reef!!

I am still able to keep my angels with sps and LPS like Euphyllia, favias, and chalices. They also don't touch my ricordeas and green star polyps (although I sometimes do wish they would develop a taste for my GSP). Every fish is different... It was worth rolling the dice for me... I have two large angels, two dwarfs, and two butterflies all in my reef.
