I have been waiting for a Regal Angel for some time now, so when I saw that you had one, I ordered it. After being told it was in stock and would ship today, I get an email tonight saying that you no longer have them. I even took tomorrow off from work as well. This seems to happen on most orders I place with you. Have you ever thought of getting some type of real time inventory system? Just a suggestion.

Thank you for your post. We apologize that this specimen was unable to ship out. We have researched the possibility of a real-time inventory system, but have found that it is not currently feasible. We strive to keep our system up to date, and continue to attempt to bridge the gap between time of purchase and time of shipment. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
