Regal angelfish red spot

Since yesterday, my Pygo got a little red spot on he's throat, on the right side.
I posted a video on youtube, I wish someone will know what it is. But it's not easy to see.
He eat like a pig, everything. And nothing changed on he's behaviour.

Nice regal! I see nothing wrong. Keep on NLS pellets if you already aren't.

He already eat NLS pellet+A, mysis(PE Hikari and Omega), brine shrimp and all kind of flakes I put in the tank. This morning, I put a clam in my tank and he eat it almost alone. I don't know if it's just an irritation. Anywya I will buy a UV lamp and start this for a week or more. He's not shy, all the sick's fish I got in the past was shy before dying. Sorry for my bad english, it's horrible.
