Regal just died....dont know why

I just picked up a yellow bellied regal and had him aclimated him to the qt water. He kinda swam around a bit really slow. He then would stop and his tail would stay low and his head would float up so that he was vertical????? what the heck:furious: I woke up in the morning and he was toast

i feel your pain man. i bought a tennet tang and a scotts fairy wrasse last weekend. fairy wrasse commited suicide and the tang just died no reason. Both were at the lfs for months before i got them so i know it had to be something i did. So today i got a orange shoulder and acclimated him for 5 hours till my lights went off. goodluck with your future fish tho.

Sounds like it could of been a swim bladder issue. Have any pics and other info about the fish? Sorry for your lost

But fairy wrasses need a covered tank with openings of 1/4 inch
