What in gods name? This fish has scratched him self all up.

I tested the tank... everything is norm . Calcium 500. Treated with stress coat and prazipro. I thought maybe parasites ... nada. He is now isolated. 2 big gashes next to his gills..eyes look white... thanks .... my poor fish!

He wont eat frozen food... only flakes. This fish is a picky fish. Should i keep him in isolation and for how long
