Regulator & Co2 bottle

Anyone know of a good place or website to purchase these?

I ended up picking up that Ca reactor that was for sale in the PMAS forum, but need the accessories to run it now.

The best regulator on the market is the one from Aquariumplants.com. Reeffanatic makes a good one also. I have one that has a bad solenoid. I think they are only about $40 to replace.

You can have it for a few frags :)

I have heard bad things about the milwaukee unit.

And you need to stop posting so much on the Cleveland site, you are a Pittsburgher again

I'm actually looking to purchase a new regulator... Here is what was recommend to me, and the direction I'll probably go:

http://www.aquariumplants.com/AQUARIUMPLANTS_com_s_Co2_Regulator_The_BEST_p/co2-1.htm

I wish there were more reviews... but this seems like a cool concept:

http://www.aquariumplants.com/AquariumPlants_com_s_Electronic_Co2_Regulator_p/co2.htm

TJ, I have both of these.

I am not sold on the electronic one yet, it is hard to adjust the pressure. You can have it set at 4psi and start to adjust it up. Turn the knob 6 times and nothing happens, make another 1/4 turn and it is at 15 psi. Try do back it down just a bit and the same thing happens in the other direction. Maybe I got a bad one..... I need to call the guys at Aquarium Plants. The regular one works fine. On my 180 I haven't made a single adjustment in 1.5 years.

I somehow missed that you recommended the AP regulator too. Their electronic version looks interesting, but since it was just released, I doubt I'm going to go that direction.

You have the electronic one too? What do you think of it vs. the regular one?

Great... thanks. I'm going to go for the regular one... The one that needed a new solenoid, what brand was that?

Well at least I can tell Laura what to get me for Christmas now.

The one I have that needs a new solenoid is a Reef Fanatic regulator. They are very good also. I priced the solenoids at $40 or so at Premium Aquatics. You may be able to use any solenoid, not sure if they are different.
