hello all i am in the process of upgrading some of my tanks and i need to rehome 2 mantis shrimp. i will not ship these guys and i sent emails to the people who were interested in the mantis's before. so here is the scoop on the 2
1 Haptosquilla glyptocercus about 1in long in good health and hardy. does not seem to be very active and likes to hide in his cave alot. but does interact when hungry.
1 Neogonodactylus wennerae about 1in long very active and eats anything it can get ahold of. blue/purple in color.
both these mantis are housed with other mantis shrimp and a good amount of inverts. they also are homed with 2 damsels so they are used to fish and never have attacked them. both eat from a bamboo skewer.
i live in maryland and if your interested in picking these up you can do so this weekend. just send me a message with a way to contact you so we can set up a time for you to come by and pick them up.
