I sent the water to www.*****watertesting.com for analysis and got back the below results:

Ammonia (NH3-4) ........................ Good ......................................... 0.000
Nitrite (NO2) ................................ Good ......................................... 0.009
Nitrate (NO3) ............................... Good ............................................. 1.2
Phosphate (PO4) .......................... Good ........................................... 0.24
Silica (SiO2-3) ............................. High.............................................. 0.8
Potassium (K) ............................... Low ............................................. 252
Calcium (Ca) ................................. Low ............................................. 269
Molybdenum (Mo) .......................... Low .............................................. 0.0
Strontium (Sr) ............................. Good ........................................... 11.0
Magnesium (Mg) .......................... Good .......................................... 1237
Iodine (I¯) ................................... Good ........................................... 0.05
Copper (Cu++) ............................ High............................................ 0.10
Alkalinity (meq/L) ......................... Good ........................................... 2.60

My plan was to use this as a base and start testing my water weekly to monitor the parameters. But when I test at home, I am getting completely different results.

Alkalinity: The website says it is about 7.2. When I tested using Elos, I got a reading of 6.5 dkh and using Hanna checker I got 9.5.

Phosphate: Last three weekends I tested using Hanna checker and it showed 0.0. Today when I tested it showed 0.02. The website results showed 0.24.

Calcium: I use API kit for testing Calcium. I typically get 400 and today it measured 360. The website results shows 269.

The water was sent to the website on Monday and at home I did yesterday. So there was 5 days in between both tests.

I am confused. Why is there such a drastic difference between tests?
