Some of you may remember them. They specialized in imported "wild" corals. A friend of mine here in Tally purchased several colonies from them back in "the day" and was kind enough to share some pieces with me. He has since left the hobby but i have managed to keep the frags alive. The first one in this massive green piece. 4 years ago she was a 1 inch frag.
Her babies....
Another piece grown from a reefer madness is the little purple coral in the rigth corner of this image. It has lime green tips and will eventually grow to the same shape as the green piece.
Both of these pieces were grown from frags taken from imported wild colonies. They have both proved to be very hardy corals and seem to be coloring up nicely.
Does anyone else have any Reefer madness corals or desendants they might be able to share?
