I had kind of forgotten that chillers work just like AC's in that they have an intake and an outtake.
Well, I noticed that my temps were slowly rising and I couldn't figure out why. So I went to check the chiller and I open the plastic grid on the front to find a 1/2" thick layer of dust that has been collecting there for probably two years. I'm amazed the thing still works!
So, if you haven't done so in a while, I would highly recommend taking a vacuum to your chiller intakes.
