Remora aqua c skimmer

I have the Remora aqua c hob skimmer on my 29g Cardiff, it seems to skim very little, It is set as low as it will go but still barely anything?

Maybe you have a small bio load so there isnt much to skim?

Not much help, but when I had one I always had the opposite problem. I would have it as high as it would go and it would still skim too wet. Maybe make sure that the pump and inside is as clean as possible? Good luck, I hope it works out for you!

Take the cup off and look inside. There should be two pieces of plastic of plastic that the base of the cup fits in between. I had the same issue and found that the plastic on the pump side had come loose. It was a lot of fun to superglue back in!! LOL


Might not be it but its a shot!!

The other possibilty is that the injector needs to be cleaned. Inside the the skimmer on the pump side you will see a plastic screw, back it out and get some pipe cleaner.
