“A well adjusted skimmer yields a full cup of dark skimmate daily or more in most systems. Best regards, Anthony.†(http://www.wetwebmedia.com/skimopfaq5.htm).
“Strive to collect a full cup of dark skimmate daily from any aquarium system. Low nutrient systems are far less common than poorly adjusted, designed, or installed skimmers.†â€"œ Steven Pro (http://www.wetwebmedia.com/proskimrart2.htm).
In their written statements, both Anthony Calfo and Steven Pro have set a standard for protein skimmer performance.
In contrast, this is what AquaC currently (08 Jan 2007) displays on its website about its Remora skimmer in a picture captioned “Two weeks of collectionâ€Â

Half a cup in two weeks is a far cry from A. Calfo's and S. Pro's standard.
Is AquaC trying to brag about its Remora product or simply setting expectations?
