Remounting Corals?

I just ordered some frag rocks since they look a lot more natural than the disks most people use. Most of my SPS corals are mounted to these type of disks via the super glue gel. I would rather mount them on the frag rocks. Would it be bad on them to break them free from the frag plug and remount them to the frag rocks? I think the super glue will break free from the plug pretty easy. At least it does when I don't want it to. :D

Yes, that is fine....

And it is a good habit to remount the frags you get anyways, you never know what kind of nasties come with them, alot of stuff hides/lays eggs underneath the frag itself...

Yep. Gospel.

If the coral can take shipment, acclimation, delousing dips, quarantine tank remounting them is a very good idea. It really does get rid of alot of unwanted extras.

I like those. I've been using them for everything from LPS to SPS. I had to use epoxy to build up a bigger base for some of my bigger colonies.
