Remove paint INSIDE tank

I was spray painting the back and sides of my 75g and the tape dropped off and I accidently sprayed some inside my tank without noticing. Now that it has dried, what is the best way to remove it? I would think paint thinner but would it screw up the silicone if a little dripped on it?
