remove top brace and bottom brace help

hi,,large tank people ,,i know you guy have alot of experiene how to remove a top and bottom brace of 180g tank ,,so please help me quick how to remove it ,,i am replace the new front glass withstar phire glass,,,thanks'
if i can't save the brace then any where i can buy them at??
