Removing a home and the effects it may have...

I am wanting to redo a section of my tank and re-aquascape it. i have one large rock and i am wanting to go down to 3 or 4 smaller rocks in the same area to give more holes and and place to place more corals.

this large rock houses a tree line of xenia that my skunk clown has hosted. if i take the xenia away what adverse effect am i going to have with the clown?

i was also thinking about chiping the part of rock that has the xenia on it and still use it but i dont know...

the nem is no longer in that location so you don't have to worry about that...

I dont think you should have anything to worry about. Clowns can do fine without a host. Hopefully it will venture over to the anemone once the Xenia is gone.
