Removing hosted colt coral

I have a huge colt coral that is hosted by a pair of platinum clowns. Question is, what happens if I remove the colt...will the clowns get stressed or will they look for something else to host?

Stressed and confused for a while, but they'll be fine. If they feel unsafe, they will find something else to call home like other corals, anemone or even powerheads.

I have a true perc that hosted a powerhead for months before he found the rbta and frogspawn in the tank (both on the same day btw). If you have a frogspawn they may switch to that.

I haven't removed the colt yet as I'm waiting for a buyer - this thing is massive! I have a long tentacle plate coral hammerheads and frogspawn that are all candidates, let's see what happens!
