Removing Phosphate

What product would you recommend to remove phosphate. Number one priority is effectiveness but also consider ease of use and price. Thanks

Thanks for the info, and great reading. I'm a little sketchy about how much to buy. Not sure how much 250 ML is, if that is enough to treat my tank and for how long.
