removing super-glue gel?!?! on acrylic

im so mad right now, as i have spilled some super-glue gel on the front of my Finnex M-tank 32, and i need to know whats the best way to remove it. please if you know how tell me

I am going to tag along. I got some on the front of my 180gal acrylic. I was putting some frags on a rock and it dripped down the front of my tank. I did not notice it until it was to late. I also am very upset. I tried novus #3 but it did not really even touch it. Please let us know how to get this off. Thanks

Acetone works, but work fast because it can affect acrylic if it's in contact too long.

thanks ugly! my tank is almost done with the removing, some nail polish remover, a few qtips and cotton balls, a towel and some elbow grease gets the jobdone!

I think my 82g has gone past 2 owners now, and my 98g as well.

My old 5.5g is now on it's third owner...

JUST to spite this, I'm never going to sell my current 68g tank =P I'll just keep it in the garage or something instead, haha.

well it would make a sweet sps prop if you got a new tank, i just might sell this when i move out (next 3-5 years hopefully), but i know i will upgrade before that to like a 55 or 72 or somethin

yeah... it's a little deep for a prop tank, maybe a QT tank or a future "refugium" for a much bigger tank, haha.
