I don't think you should expect an answer from tunze germany on this board. You could try the german mail, they speak english.

info.english@tunze.com
If Roger is as tight with the Germans as he claims, I am sure he can expedite this chaps request. 6 months is a long time after all.

i tried to call them from Singapore but no body is picking up the phone

6 month is way way too long and i heard it will be repaired ....

apprecitate some one can help me on this issue

They are closed until Jan 7 but after the 2nd you may be able to get through as they will be working that week on inventory and bookkeeping. A lot will depend on how it was shipped to Germany. For example one of my hobbies is restoring older diesel Mercedes and I order a lot of parts from Germany, sent by regular surface mail it can take 2 months to get a part, sent by UPS or DHL usually takes just a few days. It usually only takes a week to get a repair turned around by the factory.

how to get them to send via DHL or UPS ? can u help me on this note?

I doubt they would return it by regular mail, what I was saying was it depends on how your distributor shipped it back to them, usually the distributors wait until they have several returns and ship them all together by the cheapest way possible.

This forum is paid for by Tunze USA and I run it, Tunze Germany does not participate here. Can you even prove they have received the pumps? I think likely your are upset with the wrong party. From your description you sent them to the Singapore distributor who sent them to Tunze Germany. If you have tracking numbers and can prove they have had them for many months than you can be upset but for all we know they were lost or sat at the distributor for many months. Normally they would complete a repair within 1 week and send it back by UPS or DHL to your distributor if he was the one who sent it in. They are closed until the 8th of January. They are doing bookkeeping and inventory this week and may answer the phones. They are open from 8:30-4:30 CET M-Th and 8:30-2:30 Fri.
