Hey guys just got my two 6025s back from warranty (They were the original batch). Construction looks great, very solid. However one of them works like a champ, the other's impaler is just hopping. I attempted to restart it a few times, no dice. I removed the impaler and put it back in, nothing changed. I even had it on and pulled it half out of the water and put it back in, that was the trick to get my old 6025 to work again. Still nothing. Any ideas?

I just wanted to post a follow up to this. I searched the forum and found a previous customer with this issue. The recommended fix was to verify there was not too much lubricant around the base of the impeller. There was an excess so I wiped it off, the 6025 is running smoothly now, no restart issues.
Hope this will help anyone in the future. Also I want to say the improvements I have seen (appears better plastic, tighter C clip, rubber feet on magnets, reconstructed impeller) are really nice, especially for this price range. Thanx again Tunze!

rvitko: It seems to be hit or miss with the one I am having chattering problems with, any other recommendations? The pump stops and starts twice a day and it will chatter for a good 1-30min before kicking over. Sometimes I get annoyed and just fix it by pulling it out of the water. The other has had no issues at all.
