Replacement 6091 controller

Where can I buy this part from ? My old unit has the green and white wires between the Master and Slave plugs pulled apart, so the pump won't start. The Red, "Pump on" light turns on, as does the Green light, but not the Red light at the top above the "Wave picture." I guess the wires could be reattached? I am assuming this is not under warranty, is it? Unit is under a yr old
If I have to buy a new one how much will it cost and where do I find one?

If you send me the controller and it is only in need of haveing the wires soldered I will repair it no charge, only 3 of the 5 wires are connected- 2 are not used. What you describe sounds like the wires are fine but the food timer button is shorted by water damage or broken. If the button is broken it can be replaced if it is saltwater damage it may be possible to clean the board but if not this falls outside of the 2 year warranty.
