replacement hangers

I need to order replacement hangers for the powerheads as the original holes in the swival arms are worn large and the powerheads are pointing down now. I do not remember the model of the powerheads, but they are run through a 7240.27 driver and 7095 controler. If you could offer the replacement part numbers or the current replacement hangers for these powerheads the help would be appreciated...thanks

The post piece is 6200.230, the swivel arm that mounts on the pump is 6080.400. Premium Aquatics stocks these, you can also order them on Tunze.com.
