Replacement pump for 9002

Where can I get a replacement pump for my Tunze 9002. I have looked, but the pump that keeps coming up doesn't look like the current pump in the skimmer. I bought this skimmer a little over 2 years ago, so I don't know if it is considered a newer or older model. Thanks.

You probably need pump 0800.040, Premium Aquatics stocks these. You can order it on tunze.com as well. We are out but expect more next week. Premium Aquatics may have them on hand.

Roger, how can I verify that is the correct pump. Is there something on the skimmer or pump that I need to look for in order to determine the correct pump model? Thanks.

There are two pump models and we changed about 24 months ago, 0800.040 and 1073.008. The pumps have a label on them with the model number.

You are right about the 800.04. I just checked and that is what was in there. Except it doesn't look like the 800.04 that is on the premium aquatics website.

It comes with other parts not used in the skimmer for use as a stand alone powerhead.
