They offer an MTRC discount, too. 
I think its fairly low unless you're spending around $1000, at which point its 9%. We did a group order through them when I bought my lights about 2 years ago and it went really well. I had a DOA ballast and he replaced it very quickly. Good stuff.

That's a lot of bulbs to choose from!
I do not know what I would use in all 8, but I absolutely love the ATI Blue Plus and would put at least two, if not 3 in the fixture. Its pretty much a very blue actinic. Looks great. I also like the ATI Aquablue Special. Its similar to a 14k look. I've also heard good things about the Fiji Purple and Pure Actinic, but I don't have any personal experience with them. The bulbs I use in my 4 bulb setup consist of a blue plus, UVL Super Actinic, UVL 75/25, and an AquaBlue Special. Its probably a 12k look overall. It could be a little bluer, but adding another Blue Plus makes it a bit too blue.
You may want to check out the T5 Q&A thread. Its probably like 120 pages or more at this point, but its a good place to look for advice on which bulbs to use.

I have to totally agree with Brandon, check out the t5 thread, it's huge, and has a ton pictures with different bulb setups, it's great. The guy who "runs" the thread really knows his stuff, and has laid out the best bulb selection for 4-5-6-7-8 bulb fixtures based on the look/growth you might be looking for.

Yeah, its quite a bit to look at. Really, really, REALLY makes me wish that RC would let you edit threads for more than just an hour after they're created. Grim could then edit the first post to contain most of the information that is desired by most people and what generates most posts. But I digress.

+ On all the above Except for the pure Actinic, Pure waste of money IMO! Definetly get a Figi Purple It make all your reds, Orange, Pink and the like just Pop.

Bulk Reef Supply...I got my Tek-Light w/ bulbs from them...at the time last summer they had the best price. And when a couple bulbs came in broken due to a packaging issue, they were quick to replace them. If I would have gotten on a group buy (or been a "premium" customer, whatever they call it)...it would have been that much better...
