Replacing Photo-electric cell on 7095

After 7 years the photo-electric cell on my 7095 is acting up. The led is out and the cell only triggers out of 'night mode' when the halides kick on (not the 200+ watts of t5's).

Is this the correct replacement part?

and is it any easy install? once the case is open I assume.

That part is only for 7094, 7091, 7092, 6091, it has no moonlight. The correct part is not offered for sale on its own since installation involves opening the controller, unsoldering the 4 leads of the old one and soldering in the new one. We do generally have this part (we are out but expect them late next week) and they are $34, we don't charge for installation except for shipping costs.
