Replanting Codium

Ok,
well i have had this Hitchhicker on my LR for about 9 months.. anyway it was getting barely any light so it didnt grow much.. now i moved everything around and its growing alot and i realized its a Codium.. so anyway.. how can i get some off the rock and replant it elsewhere? just brake it off and stick it on a rock or in the sand?? i need to know b.c. im getting rid of the LR soon. thank you

Best bet is to try and "skin" some of the rock off under the hold fast and epoxy that in place where you want it. Second best is to very carefully peel the hold fast off the rock and crazy glue where you want to place it.
