return pump advice plz

on my 90 i have planned for a mag 5
but i dont know if the pump will be strong enough
so if not would getting a mag7 impeller to replace the mag 5 work?
and if neither pump is sufficient would a mag 9.5 work?

I use a Mag 7 Return pump with a lifereef 600 gph overflow and it seems to work good.

Run the numbers on the "Head Loss Calculator" here on RC and see what your gph return would be with each pump.

i dont think the stock mag 5 will cut it
maybee do the impeller switchout or get a bigger pump
maybe the mag 9.5 or 12
