Return Pump advice

I am in the process of building a 200g in wall display with a 150g sump in a fish room in the basement below. My vertical head is 11' and horizontal is 22'. I am using 1" spa flex to minimize flow restriction. I will be running 2 MP40s and 1 MP60 in the display so the return pump I need only needs to be sufficient enough for adequate turn over it will not be intended for flow within the display tank.

I have decided on Reeflo as the manufacture but am not sure which model to go with. I want quiet, high efficiency and low heat dissipation. I am thinking perhaps the hammerhead hybrid for its flexibility although I think the barracuda my be sized more appropriately. The barracuda gold may be ideal. Also looking at the Uno.

I would like to know what others are doing who run their systems with similar head loss. I think it would be OK if I need to throttle back the pump a little bit but don't want something i have to throttle too much or that is so powerful it sucks the sump dry. I tend to go way overboard on things and just want to be sure I'm gonna get something that does the job well but isn't overkill.

here are links and specs to three I am considering:
