Return pump for a 30??

I have never ran a sump on smaller tanks, but will be on my cuttle fish tank. It is 24'x 24"x 12" so 30 gallons.
What kind of return pump do you recommend for for a 30 with a 48" of head pressure? Cheaper is always better, but also needs to be quiet.
