Return pump/overflow box

I'm looking for a return pump and overflow box for a friens of mine, any one have one?

how big of a tank, i have learned it is better to run your sump super super slow. It gives the skimmer more time to skim the water entering the sump. just use a powerhead to blow detritus up to keep sump clean if he decides to go bare bottom IME.
