return pump spray bar

I am useing an Eheim 1262 as my return pump and wany to make a spray bar in the center of my tank, at the end of the plumbing. I don't want it to reduce flow and the 3/4" PVC spraybar will be 23" long. What I need to know is about what size holes and how many in that 23" piece? The pump puts ou 900 gph at 0' and the plumbing is about 6 to 7' so I figure at least 700 gph returning through the spraybar.

I was wondering if there is some formula to figure out how many of a certain size hole to produce the same output as the opening straight out of the 3/4" pvc
