I read this thread last night and went to Lowes today. Took about an hour. I have a aquacontroller on my Reef but, for the FOWLR there is no need, so this was a easy fix.

If you are still interested in the push button electronic relay operated kit try the following count down timer relay. I had been thinking about using this circuit. It can be used in normally open or closed (you'd want normally closed) and can be configured to count down from 8 seconds to 2.25 hours. It's $20.
