does anyone on here know anything about or have experance with Dophin Pumps? They can either be inline or submersible and for a 350GPH (APROX) pump it's about $40 at my LFS and i think i might get that one, but i wanted to make sure with you guys first. Any infor would be great thanks!!

Dont know much about dolphins, but Ive owned several different types of Mag pumps and have never had a problem with them. Go mag, you wont regret it! Thats just my 2 cents though.

My problem with the Mags ( unless they have fixed it in recent years ) is the to get to the impeller, the housing used screws into plastic threads. Those plastic threads can get stripped over time, and it you overtighten your toast. For smaller pumps, I prefer o-rings ( no screws ) over screws into a plastic housing.
